This was when Harleigh went insane after she was accused of several crimes she did not commit, but Hishoutora did. Soul society attendants tried to pull her to the Maggots nest, in doing so they slashed her stomach open so the whole way there she struggled and grasped at the ground leaving a deep red path afterward. Its meaningful because Renji was one of the people to see her get dragged away. This all being when they fist dated and her second time in the Maggots Nest.
